If you have any of the symptoms listed and your testosterone level is less than normal in your lab draw, you definitely qualify for testosterone replacement therapy. Even if your level is in the normal range, but you still have the listed symptoms you can also be considered a candidate for testosterone treatment. 

Monthly membership is $245 per month for our services which includes your treatment plan, testosterone injections and supplies and unlimited visits.

We do an initial assessment and a few visits after that to establish your treatment plan. After this we will only have to see you every 3 months for routine lab work and any adjustments in your plan. We also offer home injections, but still require quarterly labs for monitoring your levels. 

We can arrange for you to have labs drawn prior to an online Tele-Medicine consultation, where we can have a visit online. The Telemedicine consultation can take place at a convenient time for you either via smartphone or computer. 

Testosterone replacement or HRT is not only safe, but is necessary if you are deficient. We do not accept health insurance. This is a membership model and all physician services are provided at no additional cost to the membership fee.
